Borgata’s Sizzlin Summer Sweepstakes Promo to Award $100k in Giveaways
The value to be had by playing at one of Borgata’s iGaming sites just got turned up a notch.
As part of its summer promotional roll-out, Borgata Poker and Borgata Casino are now offering its patrons the chance to win their share of a massive six-figure giveaway pool.
Entitled Sizzlin Summer Sweepstakes, Borgata’s latest promo functions a bit differently than most of its other cashback incentives in that it rewards luck just as much as it does frequent play.
Now that’s not to say players can’t tip the odds profoundly in their favor by spending this summer mixing it up on Borgata’s virtual felt, but as we’ll see, there’s simply no substitute for running well.
How it works: Weekly draw
Each Tuesday from now until September 9th the Borgata team will draw the names of 120 lucky players, with each winning their share of a designated prize pool. No catches, no strings attached.
In total, $50,000 will be distributed to players who opt into the promo, although grinders should note that the lion’s share will be awarded during the promotion’s final weeks.

By simply logging in to their Borgata account once a day, navigating over to their “Promotions” tab and opting in, players will earn 5 entries to the weekly draw.
But that’s nothing compared to the number of entries that can be earned by:
- Making a deposit at either the virtual poker room or casino: 500 entries (only the first weekly deposit awards tickets).
- Playing in either the $10k Daily or $50k Sunday Guarantee: 200 entries each
- Generating iRewards points: Earn at least 5 iRP in one day and you’ll receive an additional entry. Hardcore points earners can net upwards of 2,500 tickets – per day.
How it works: Monthly draw
Similar to the weekly draw, players will receive one monthly draw entry each time they opt in – up to a maximum of once every 24 hours.
Tickets can also be accumulated by converting iRP points into additional entries.
But not all conversion rates are created equal, with players who have achieved a higher tier status receiving more bang for their buck.
Rates as follows:
- Red Label: 10 iRP per entry
- Red Label Plus: 8 iRP
- Silver Label: 6 iRP
- Black Label: 4 iRP
- Black Label Elite: 2 iRP
In short, playing big increases the chances of winning big.
Monthly Draw periods are from July 7 to August 3 and August 4 to September 7, with winners chosen on August 5 and September 9.
The first draw will award 45 patrons with prizes ranging from Borgata Gift Cards to a Sea- Doo Spark and Trailer. Other prizes include Tennis Sets, Foosball Tables and luxury packages at Borgata’s land-based casino resort in Atlantic City. And like the weekly draw, the total prize pool for the two monthly draws comes out to around $50,000.
Borgata ups the ante even further for its second monthly drawing, gifting 65 winners with everything from a one-night hotel stay to a MacBook Air, 75″ Samsung TV or even an all expenses paid trip to majestic St. Lucia.
