Casino Service Industry Enterprise License (CSIE)
Companies providing Internet gaming software or systems, vendors who manage, control, or administer games and associated wagers conducted through the Internet, and providers of customer lists of persons who have placed wagers through the Internet.
Brick & Mortar Casinos
The Atlantic Club Casino Hotel
The Atlantic Club opened its doors in 1980 as the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino (not to be confused with the current Golden Nugget in Atlantic City) and sits at the southern end of the Boardwalk. The Atlantic Club filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in November of 2013 and is rumored to be up for sale, with several established online gaming companies having been floated as potential buyers.

At this time the Atlantic Club has informed the New Jersey DGE that it has no plans to enter the New Jersey online gambling market.
Boyd Gaming Corporation (Borgata)
The Borgata opened its doors in 2003 and was immediately one of the top rated casinos on the Boardwalk. The Borgata is considered the most upscale of the AC casinos. Boyd Gaming, which owns a 50% stake in the Borgata, is a developer, owner and operator of hotels and casinos across the US.
* Boyd Gaming has applied for and received an online provider license in New Jersey.
* Borgata and their New Jersey iGaming partner bwin.party have also been approved for a transactional waiver by the NJ DGE.
* On November 25th the Borgata was approved by the DGE as an Internet Gaming Site

Caesars Entertainment Corporation (Showboat, Caesars, Harrah’s, Bally’s)
Caesars Entertainment is one of the most recognizable brands in gaming, with dozens of locations across the US. Caesars owns four properties in Atlantic City –The Showboat, Harrah’s, Bally’s, and Caesars. Caesars and their partner 888 Holdings operate the WSOP.com online poker room in Nevada.

* Caesars applied for an online provider license in New Jersey.
* Two of Caesars Entertainment’s NJ properties and their iGaming partners have received a transactional waiver from the DGE: Caesars and Amaya Gaming and Bally’s and 888 Holdings.
* On November 25th Caesars Atlantic City and Bally’s Park Place were approved by the DGE as an Internet Gaming Site

Golden Nugget Atlantic City
The Golden Nugget began its life as Trump’s Castle in the Marina district of Atlantic City. The casino was later purchased by the Landry’s Restaurant Group after Trump Entertainment’s bankruptcy fire-sale, who promptly rebranded the property as the Golden Nugget (matching their Nevada property’s brand). Since the sale the property has undergone over $150 million in renovations and upgrades.
* The Golden Nugget has applied for and received an online provider license in New Jersey.
* The Golden Nugget and their iGaming partners in New Jersey, Bally Technologies and Amaya Gaming, have also been approved for a transactional waiver by the NJ DGE.
* On November 25th the Golden Nugget received limited approval from the DGE as an Internet Gaming Site

Resorts Casino Hotel
On May 26, 1978, Resorts Casino opened its doors in Atlantic City, becoming the first licensed casino outside of Las Vegas in the United States. In an attempt to keep up with their competitors (which now number 11 in Atlantic City), Resorts underwent a costly renovation process in 2010/2011, converting the casino to a “Roaring 20’s” theme, and among other things adding LGBT friendly amenities. In 2012, Resorts handed over control of the control to the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority.
* Resorts Casino has applied for an online provider license in New Jersey.
* Resorts Casino and their New Jersey partner PokerStars have not been approved, nor denied, for a transactional waiver by the NJ DGE at this time.
Revel Casino
Revel is the new kid on the block in the Atlantic City casino industry, and the industry has not been kind to the Revel up to this point. Higher than expected costs, and a misread of the Atlantic City market (the Revel opened as an upscale casino with high-end restaurants and amenities) sent Revel into bankruptcy less than a year after opening its doors in April of 2012.
The Revel Casino has informed the New Jersey DGE that it has no plans to enter the New Jersey online gambling market at this time.
Trump Taj Mahal
The Trump Taj Mahal is one of two Atlantic City casino properties controlled by Trump Entertainment. The “Taj” opened in 1990 and is perhaps best known for its expansive poker room, which was the largest in AC until the Borgata opened in 2003. The Taj is currently being renovated with Trump Entertainment hoping the upgrades will once again send the property to the top of the casino hierarchy in New Jersey.
* The Trump Taj Mahal has applied for and received an online provider license in New Jersey.
* The Trump Taj Mahal and their NJ iGaming partner Ultimate Gaming have been approved for a transactional waiver by the NJ DGE.
* On November 25th the Trump Taj Mahal was approved by the DGE as an Internet Gaming Site

Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino
The second Trump Entertainment casino in New Jersey is the Trump Plaza, located down the Boardwalk from the Trump Taj Mahal. Trump plaza is the older of the two properties, and marked Donald Trump’s first foray into the casino business when it opened in 1984.
* The Trump Plaza has applied for and received an online provider license in New Jersey.
* The Trump Plaza and their NJ iGaming partners Betfair and Amaya Gaming have been approved for a transactional waiver by the NJ DGE.
* On November 25th the Trump Plaza was approved by the DGE as an Internet Gaming Site

Tropicana Casino & Resort Atlantic City
The Tropicana is one of the oldest casinos in Atlantic City, dating back to 1981, and the property is also one of the largest, with over 2,000 rooms. Billed as a luxury hotel, the “Trop” houses multiple restaurants, a shopping complex complete with IMAX Theater, and a 2,000 seat showroom.
* The Tropicana has applied for an online provider license in New Jersey.
* The Tropicana and their NJ iGaming partner Gamesys have been approved for a transactional waiver by the NJ DGE.
* On November 25th the Tropicana was approved by the DGE as an Internet Gaming Site

888 is an online gaming provider, developer, and B2B operator. 888 offers online poker, casino games, bingo, and sports-betting.

Bally Technologies
Bally Technologies is a slot and casino game developer with roots dating back to 1968. In recent years, Bally Tech has branched out into online gaming as well.

Betfair
Betfair is an online sportsbook and gaming provider based in Gibraltar. Betfair was founded in 2000, and is considered to be the largest online betting exchange in the world.

bwin.party
Originally two separate entities (Party Gaming and bwin) the mega-merger in 2011 that created bwin.party was the first time in online gaming history that two huge brands merged together.

Gamesys
Gamesys is online gaming developer and provider. The company was founded in 2001 and boasts over 900 employees at its London headquarters.

Rational Group (PokerStars)
PokerStars is the largest online poker site in the world and dates back to 2001. The parent company of PokerStars, the Rational Group also owns one of its closest competitors, Full Tilt Poker.
* PokerStars is partnered with the Resorts Casino
Ultimate Gaming
Ultimate Gaming is a subsidiary of Fertitta Entertainment, which owns the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and Station Casinos. Ultimate Gaming was the first company to launch in Nevada, making it the first licensed online poker room in the United States.
* Ultimate Gaming is partnered with the Trump Taj Mahal Casino
CAMS
CAMS is a player verification, geo-location verification and payment processing company located in California. CAMS is licensed as a service provider in Nevada where it has been handling Ultimate Poker’s Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.
* CAMS has entered into agreements with the Trump Plaza, the Trump Taj Mahal, and the Borgata in New Jersey.
SHFL
SHFL (Shuffle Master) began life selling automatic card shuffling machines. Over the years the company has expanded into other areas of gaming where it now operates as manufacturer, developer, and distributor.
* SHFL has entered into agreements with the Trump Plaza and the Golden Nugget in New Jersey.
Cadillac Jack
Cadillac Jack is casino game provider, specializing in slot machine and video slot machines. The company is a subsidiary of Amaya Gaming.
* Cadillac Jack has entered into agreements with Caesars Atlantic City, the Golden Nugget, the Borgata, and the Trump Plaza in New Jersey.
Amaya Gaming/OnGame Network
Formerly the online poker arm of bwin Interactive, the OnGame Poker Network was sold to Amaya Gaming in 2012. Amaya is a gaming provider, developer, and manufacturer.
* Amaya Gaming and OnGame have entered into agreements with Caesars Atlantic City, the Golden Nugget, the Borgata, and the Trump Plaza in New Jersey.
All American Poker Network
The All American Poker Network is a joint venture between 888 Holdings and Avenue Capital Group seeking to become the first licensed online poker network in the United States. The AAPN already has commitments from Treasure Island and the Wynn in Nevada.
* The All American Poker Network has teamed up with Bally’s Park Place Casino in New Jersey.
GameAccount Global Limited
GameAccount is privately owned online gaming developer and provider. The company was formed in 2002, and develops online games for flash, native clients, and mobile.
* GameAccount Global has entered into an agreement with the Trump Plaza Casino in New Jersey.

Marketing affiliates, junket enterprises, junket representatives, and enterprises providing other services including, but not limited to, payment processing and related money-transmitting services, customer identity, age verification, and geo-location verification used in the conduct of Internet gaming, regardless of any such enterprise’s contractual relationship with an Internet gaming permit holder, shall be licensed as an ancillary casino service industry enterprise.
